The Kinetis K2x MCU family is a scalable portfolio with various levels of integration and security. Kinetis K27F Microcontrollers
NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K27 Microcontrollers (MCU) offer a high-performance ARM®Cortex®-M4 device with a 2MB Flash and 1MB SRAM. These highly-integrated MCUs include two I2S interfaces, two USB Controllers (High-Speed with integrated High-Speed PHY and Full-Speed) and a wide array of mainstream analog peripherals. The integrated smart peripherals such as Low-power UARTs and Timers operate in very low-power modes to optimize battery life of the system.
