These interfaces and peripherals include a Digital Microphone Subsystem, crystal-less FS USB and FlexComm interface.The LPC5411x MCUs are available in two package options. LPC5411xBD64 is offered in a 10mm x 10mm LQFP64 (64-lead Plastic Low Profile Quad Flat Package).
