Intel EN5364QI and EN5394QI DC-DC converters represent a revolution in low-power switching converters. The total solution footprint of 160mm² in the EN5364QI and 190mm² in the EN5394QI provide space savings without compromising efficiency. These Intel DC-DC converters boast a rich feature set that facilitates ease of use in systems that are sensitive to beat tones.The EN5364QI and EN5394QI integrate power switches, an inductor, gate driver, controller, and loop compensation. These Intel buck converters utilize an external resistor divider to set the output voltage to any user-defined value. The EN5364QI and EN5394QI are pin compatible and have a peak efficiency of 93%. These DC-DC converters have a 4MHz operating frequency with the ability to synchronize to an external system clock or other EN5364QI or EN5394QI.
