The portfolio offers a range spanning from single- to half-bridge and multiple-channel drivers. The drivers are rated for either low- or high-voltage (up to 1500V) applications. L638xE and L639x Gate Drivers

STMicroelectronics L638xE and L639x Gate Drivers are single-chip half-bridge gate drivers for N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT. The L638xE and L639x are high voltage devices manufactured with BCD™ "offline" technology. These high voltage gate drivers are designed to stand a voltage rail up to 600V in high-side (floating) section. The L638xE and L639x gate drivers logic inputs are CMOS or TTL compatible to ease the interfacing with controlling devices.
