These flexible GS series DSCs can be configured for a variety of topologies, giving power-supply designers the complete freedom to optimize for specific product applications. Microchip Technology dsPIC33FJ64 GS DSCs offer up to 18 channels of PWMs with 1 nanosecond resolution, enabling an unprecedented number of completely independent digital control loops. Microchip Technology dsPIC33FJ64 GS DSCs support a variety of applications, including induction cooking, uninterruptable power supplies, renewable power and pure sine-wave inverters, intelligent battery chargers, and more.

Microchip Technology DSPIC33F Digital Signal Processors & Controllers are a family of high-performance 16-bit digital signal processors (DSPs) offering 40 MIPS at 3.3V, up to 256KB program Flash, up to 30KB RAM, and packages up to 100 pins. The DSPIC33F  MCU family also includes an 8-channel hardware direct memory access (DMA) that allows data transfer between RAM and peripheral while the CPU executes code. The DSPIC33F devices are ideal for high-performance embedded control applications.
