With a receive sensitivity of -120.6dBm (2.4kbps, 2GFSK, 868MHz) these devices support a full DSP instruction set and floating point unit to speed computation. Built with low-power Gecko Technology which includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times and energy saving modes EFR32FG14 SoCs are ideal for energy sensitive applications. In addition, these devices include 256kB Flash, 32kB RAM, 28 GPIO Pins, 2 x 16-bit Timers and multiple communication interfaces.
