Vishay Siliconix DG3257DN Single SPDT Analog Switch has a very small package of uDFN6L (1mm x 1mm) and can be used in a variety of applications. These space saving applications include smart phones, tablets, cameras, audio devices, data storage, IoT, wearables, and portable healthcare. The DG3257DN can be driven directly from a one cell battery at an operating voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V. Other features include low resistance at 5 ohm/typical at 4.2V, a -3dB bandwidth at 700MHz, power down protection, and break before make switching.
