The fast recovery avalanche rectifiers are glass passivated pellet chip junction constructed. These rectifiers feature controlled avalanche characteristics and fast reverse recovery time. The RoHS compliant rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
