Bourns TVS Diodes include smaller chip diodes that have the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.

CDDFN10-3304NA TVS / Steering Diode Array

Bourns CDDFN10-3304NA TVS / Steering Diode Array provides ESD, EFT, and surge protection for high-speed data ports. The component comes in a DFN-10 package and combines a 3.3V TVS diode with steering diodes to protect up to four high-speed data lines. Bourns CDDFN10-3304NA features an ultra-low capacitance of only 1.5pF from each input / output to input / output. For high-speed ports such as Gigabit Ethernet, this ultra-low capacitance minimizes signal degradation on each channel. The solid-state avalanche technology does not degrade after multiple ESD events.
