Integrated Device Technology P9221-R 15W Qi Wireless Receiver is a highly-integrated, power receiver designed for wireless charging applications. The integrated, low-RDS(ON) synchronous rectifier and ultra-low-dropout regulator offer high-efficiency, making the product ideal for battery-operated designs. The P9221-R also features an over-voltage protection scheme that eliminates the need for additional capacitors generally required by other receivers, minimizing the external component count and cost.

IDT (Integrated Device Technology) Qi-Compatible Wireless Power Products are integrated and advanced wireless power solutions for magnetic inductance-based applications.
