Vishay Semiconductors eSMP SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are general purpose devices ideal for power line polarity protection, in both consumer and automotive applications. These eSMP SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers feature ESD capability and a wide 10A to 20A range of current ratings. These Rectifiers are offered in a surface mounted TO-263AC package, delivering an extremely low 1.7mm profile (typical) and compatibility with the D2PAK footprint. Vishay eSMP SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in SMPD (TO-263AC) Standard and AEC-Q101 Qualified versions.
