- Analog Devices HMC753LP4E low noise amplifiers are designed as gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), wideband amplifiers with an operating range between 1GHz to 11GHz. Available in a 24-lead 4x4mm plastic surface mount package, HMC753LP4E amplifiers deliver up to 16.5dB of small signal gain at 1GHz to 6GHz, a 1.5dB @4GHz noise figure, and output IP3 of +30dBm at 1GHz to 6GHz, while requiring only 55mA from a +5V supply. Using the P1dB output power of +18dBm allows the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. In addition, the HMC-753LP4E amplifiers feature DC-blocked I/Os that are internally matched to 50Ω, making them ideal for high capacity microwave radios or very small aperture terminal (VSAT) applications.
