- Skyworks AAT2215 SwitchReg™ Step-Up Regulator is a high current device with a programmable peak NMOS current limit. This Skyworks synchronous step-up regulator is ideal for preventing the input current from overloading the system power in PC Card GSM/GPRS/3G and WiMax modem card applications. The internal compensation of AAT2215 is optimized for the large bulk tantalum output capacitors needed to support the output voltage during large load pulses. The output voltage may be programmed from 3.0V to 5.5V by external resistor divider. Light load switching frequency modulation and low quiescent current maintain high efficiency performance for light load mode conditions.Learn More
