Microchip Technology PIC24FJ64Gx, PIC24FJ128Gx, and PIC24FJ256Gx 16-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) are ideal for low power and connectivity applications. These devices offer multiple I2C, SPI, and UART peripherals, and multiple independent timers. These MCUs are available with 8kB to 16kB RAM memory for buffering and 64kB to 256kB Enhanced Flash program memory. The PIC24FJxxGx family of microcontrollers are offered in in 28, 44, 64, 80, 100, and 121 pin packages for design flexibility.
PIC24F 16-Bit MCUs
Microchip Technology PIC24F 16-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) utilize two methods of programming: In-Circuit Serial Programming™ (ICSP™) and Enhanced In-Circuit Serial Programming (Enhanced ICSP). In addition, the PIC24F MCUs from Microchip Technology power their core digital logic at a nominal 1.8V and incorporate an on-chip regulator that allows the device to run its core logic from VDD, simplifying system design.
