Analog Devices ADuM140D/E Quad Channel Isolators are based on iCoupler® technology which integrates high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology. ADuM140D/E isolators provide a maximum propagation delay of 13ns with pulse width distortion less than 3ns and tight channel-to-channel matching at 3ns. The data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with withstand voltage ratings of 3.75kVrms. The ADuM140D/E isolators operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.8V to 5V, allowing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. The isolators ensure DC correctness in the absence of input logic transitions. These devices are well-suited for general-purpose multi-channel isolation, serial peripheral interface (SPI)/data converter isolation, and industrial field bus isolation applications.Learn More
