- Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G06 Single Inverter Buffer/Drivers with Open-Drain Output is developed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation, and comes in NanoFree packaging. The NanoFree packaging offers a major development by using the die as the package. Active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions are implemented by the open drain output connecting through other outputs. The device offers ±24mA Output Drive at 3.3V for open-drain devices, low 10µA maximum power consumption, and a maximum sink current of 32mA. The SN74LVC1G06 utilizes Ioff circuitry to disable outputs when the device is powered down, inhibiting current backflow and preventing damage. Applying the Ioff circuitry the SN74LVC1G06 is fully specified for partial-power-down applications.
