Vishay Semiconductor VTVSxxASMF Series 400W TransZorb® Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes in SMF package protect portable electronics with 400W surge capability at 10/100μs. The VTVSxxASMF Series offers a 2% breakdown voltage tolerance and low 1mm SMF package profile. The devices have low-noise technology and very fast response times, with precise protection for key components. The TVS diodes are excellent for transient voltage protection in limited space electronics, such as laptops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and external hard drives.
VTVS SMF Diodes
Vishay Semiconductors VTVS SMF Diodes are TransZorb® Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diodes with 400W peak pulse power capability. These diodes offer a low-profile package, low-noise technology, and very fast response time. The VTVS SMF diodes offer 16.3V of clamping voltage with excellent clamping capability. These diodes offer 10.3V of working voltage and 16.3V of breakdown voltage. The VTVS SMF diodes operating temperature ranges between -55º C to 175ºC. Typical applications include wireless communication systems, security systems, ATM machines, Printers, and Computers.
