SP3422 Four Lines Low Cap TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP3422 TVS Diode Arrays protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD) strikes above the maximum ±8kV contact discharge level set by IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The small 1x.6mm footprint diode arrays use four channels of ultra low capacitance (0.2pF) plus a fifth zener diode to absorb repetitive destructive ESD without performance drops. The halogen-free SP3422 diode array has a low leakage current of 20nA (TYP) at 5V and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 125°C. The rail-to-rail TVS diode arrays are ideal for protecting high speed signal pins including V-by-One®, USB2.0 and 3.0, and IEEE 1394.
