Bourns SMLJ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes areoffered for surge and ESD protection applications in compact chippackage DO-214AB (SMC) size format to meet the increasing demand forsmaller electronic components. The SMJL TVS series provides a workingpeak reverse voltage from 5V up to 170V and breakdown voltage up to200V. Typical fast response time is less than 1.0 ns for unidirectionaldevices and less than 5.0 ns for bidirectional devices from 0V tominimum breakdown voltage. Designed with a flat configuration tominimize roll away, Bourns Chip Diodes are easy to handle with standardpick-and-place equipment.
